Straight Shot Funding LLC ("we," "us") helps small businesses find working capital through third-party funding partners. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and business address.
- Business and financial information: your funding application, business bank statements, revenue, existing financing, and similar details you send us.
- Communications: emails, texts, and notes from calls with us.
We may also receive business contact information from data providers and public records, such as state business filings.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and contact you about funding options
- To prepare your file and request offers from our funding partners
- To present offers, help you through closing, and follow up about renewals
- To keep records and meet our legal obligations
How we share your information
We share your application and supporting documents with funding partners only to obtain funding offers for you. Funding partners may review your business and personal credit as part of their decision. We may also share information with service providers who help us run our business, such as email and record-keeping tools, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us, and we limit access to the people and partners who need it to work on your file. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please contact us if you'd prefer another way to send documents.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed to work on your funding request, service any funding you receive, and meet legal and record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
- Stop emails: reply "no" or "unsubscribe" to any email from us.
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any text from us.
- Access or deletion: email daniel@straightshotfunding.com to ask what information we hold about you or to request that we delete it, subject to any records we're legally required to keep.
